These Terms of Service describe the current Mirevow beta for custom pet memorial websites. By applying for or participating in the beta, you agree to these terms.

1. About Mirevow

Mirevow is testing a service that turns a pet’s photos, story, and memories into a personal memorial website that can be kept privately or shared by link.

2. Beta Service

The current beta service is free of charge and available to a limited number of participants. Beta features, timing, format, and availability may change as we learn from feedback.

3. Eligibility

The beta is intended for applicants who are 18 years of age or older and who can provide accurate contact information and materials they have the right to use.

4. Applications and Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Mirevow may accept, decline, pause, or close applications based on beta capacity, fit, available time, or other practical considerations.

5. Customer Materials

You are responsible for the photos, text, stories, dates, videos, and other materials you submit. You must own or have permission to use and share those materials for the memorial project.

6. Permission to Use Submitted Materials

By submitting materials for a selected beta project, you allow Mirevow to use those materials to review your application, communicate with you, create the memorial website, make reasonable revisions, and improve the beta workflow. We will not use your pet’s story or photos for public promotion without your clear permission.

7. Memorial Creation Process

If selected, you may be asked to provide additional details by email. Mirevow will use the available materials to prepare a first preview of the memorial website. Timing may vary during beta.

8. Revisions

Each accepted beta memorial normally includes one reasonable revision after the first preview. Reasonable revisions may include corrections to text, photo order, dates, colors, or minor layout details.

9. Hosting and Availability

Mirevow may provide access to a private or shareable memorial link during the beta. Hosting, access, and features may change, pause, or end as the service develops.

10. Prohibited Content

You may not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized materials. You may not submit materials that violate someone else’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain rights you already have in your submitted materials. Mirevow retains rights in its site design, templates, workflows, copy, code, and other service materials, except for customer materials you provide.

12. No Guarantee of Permanent Hosting

The beta does not include a promise of permanent, lifetime, or never-ending online hosting. If the service later becomes paid, new prices and payment rules will be shown before any payment is accepted.

13. Disclaimers

The beta is provided for testing and feedback. Mirevow does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, available forever, or suitable for every requested memorial style.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirevow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the beta service.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

Mirevow may update beta features, availability, process, or these Terms as the service develops. Continued use of the beta after changes means you accept the updated terms.
