Refund and Revision Policy

1. Current Free Beta

Mirevow’s current beta memorial service is free of charge. Because no payment is collected for a free beta project, no monetary refund applies.

2. Application Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Mirevow may accept, decline, pause, or cancel a beta project before completion.

3. Included Revision

Each accepted beta memorial normally includes one reasonable revision after the first preview.

4. What Counts as a Revision

A reasonable revision may include corrections to text, dates, photo order, colors, or small layout adjustments.

5. Major Changes

A complete redesign, replacement of most submitted content, or a new memorial concept is not considered a small revision and might not be included during the free beta.

6. Customer Response Time

If a participant does not reply for an extended period, the project may be paused or closed.

7. Future Paid Services

Before Mirevow begins accepting paid orders, this policy will be updated with applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and revision terms.
