This Privacy Policy explains how Mirevow collects, uses, and protects information for the current free beta application for custom pet memorial websites.

Information We Collect

When you submit a beta application, we collect the information you provide in the form, including your name, email address, pet’s name, pet type, a short description of your pet, whether you would consider paying $39 for the service, and your answer about a fair launch price. The current application form does not collect or upload pet photos.

If your application is selected, you may later choose to send pet photos, stories, dates, and other memorial details by email so that we can create a memorial website.

How We Use Information

We use information to review beta applications, contact applicants, create selected memorial websites, provide updates, request feedback, improve the beta experience, and maintain basic records about the beta. We do not sell customer personal information.

Pet Photos and Stories

If you provide pet photos or stories after being selected, we use them only to communicate with you, prepare the memorial website, make reasonable revisions, and improve the beta workflow. We will never publish your pet’s photos, story, or memorial website without your clear permission.

Service Providers

The Mirevow website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes website visits, forms, and related technical data so the site and contact forms can work. We may also use basic email and website tools to communicate with you and operate the beta.

Cookies and Analytics

Shopify and related services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, improve performance, protect the site, and understand general website activity. Your browser may allow you to control or block cookies.

Data Retention

We keep application information and project materials for as long as reasonably needed to review applications, communicate with participants, create or maintain beta memorials, improve the service, resolve issues, and meet practical or legal recordkeeping needs. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your information through the Contact page.

You can choose not to submit an application or not to provide optional information. You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided.
